It would be really helpful to have 2 different types of workflows. When you get into larger, more complex portals with a ton of workflows, you realize there are 2 very different types of workflows.
Workflow Type One is an operational workflow. Copy property A to property B. Update Property Y because of X action etc. Generally, these workflows are just noise to the portal users.
Workflow Type Two is a user-impacting workflow. The client was sent Survey D, Enrolled in a marketing campaign, etc. These are helpful for users to see and know in the context of their everyday work.
What I would like is on the activity view to be able to see operation or user-impacting workflows, so that users aren't overwhelmed with the operational workflows and miss the user-impacting workflows.
