"Expand all" button should show entire email threads for a CRM record

Currently it's not possible to expand all email communication for a record (contact, ticket, company, deal) without manually pressing "view thread". 

 

Having an option to expand all parts of an email thread on a CRM record would greatly speed up trying to find an email

Hi team! This would be great!

Additionally, having the ability to keep the threads expand by default would be helpful for some customers too.

Hi,

I confirm this will be really usefull to be able to configure if we want or not having threads opened by defaultwhen we open a ticket.Because today it is really difficult to see in 1 second if an email had or not an answer for example.
