"Business day" Option as delay times for workflows
It would be great to delay workflows by 'business days', or even within business hours. This is already an option for tasks eg: "3 business days" with a selectable alert/send time.
It would really help authenticate plain text emails sent to clients from workflows! At the moment, they are receiving automated mailers from our company based on the time and date they enrolled into a workflow. This is out of our control and so they will receive emails outside of business hours which ruins the authenticity of someone sending it personally. This can be very damaging for our brand. And there is no manageable workaround for this for workflows that are months/years long!
My team has been asking for this for years. This would be so beneficial to us. We enroll someone in a workflow when they submit a form. Then we'd love to delay the next step ONE BUSINESS DAY instead of just 1 day as it currently is on the Workflow Delay settings. If they filled out a form on a Friday, I really don't want the next step to happen on a Saturday. The only other option currently available is to wait for a specific day, like Monday. But that's a bit dangerous. If they filled out the form on a Tuesday, then that's almost a week before they get that next step. I'd hate to have to set a condition based on each day a form was submitted. Just having business days as an option would alleviate all of this.
