necessary to edit forwarded mails before sending them
Make it possible to edit a mail, for example forwarded to support, before sending it to the customer?
Problem: Customer writes to his Sales contact, Sales forwards the mail to Support and adds a text that is only interesting for Support. When Support replies to the customer, the text of the Sales contact should be removed from the reply to the customer.
This is not possible, but in my opinion a standard email function, as found in e.g. Gmail or similar mailing apps.
It's a big problem when we can't edit the text, and I guess we're not the only ones who have this problem.
