It would be nice to include pictures in a snippet, treat it more like a rich text box that has formatting so that more informative building blocks can be created.
Who - service/sales team
goal - quickly build elements of an email or communication, espeically for use in comments/notes and live chat, tickets, tasks, etc.
value - save time finding the right image/screenshot
examples - just about every rich text editor has image capability, not sure why they can't be added to snippets.
I am so disappointed that a simple image insert into a snippet is not able to be done when it is SO VALUABLE>>. just do it already this has been askeds for from 2019 ... do it
I have a little extension called "Snippet Power Tools" - if this is still useful to anyone let me know, I might take a look at adding this as a feature if it's still useful.
I'm not too sure if hubspot has already done this, but I imagine it might be harder for them to accomplish since they have to consider such a large userbase.
I currently have in working for the helpdesk and inbox, both comments and responses. Looks like it can be expanded to emails, and probably any other areas I've missed out.
Doesn't work for meeting notes though as those cannot take images.

Gahh I wish this was already a thing. I have a bunch of product image examples that I would love to be able to easily send to people in our chat and on email - We LOVE snippets and I didn't expect this not to be a feature. I guess we will have to link to a drive file - but unfortunately not all of our clients in schools and government sectors with strong firewalls can access these.
