Looking for a way to for a rep to schedule a meeting while also adding someone (Round Robin) from another group of reps. When I have an SDR/BDR book a meeting for an AE, they use a Round Robin link, so the availability is the AE's and the meeting gets "assigned to" the AE. This is great because meetings get automatically rotated between our AEs.   However, it also creates some issues: The meeting will automatically be set with the AE and not the SDR, so then the SDR needs to have the AE add them manually to the calendar invite (which is a pain) It is possible for the SDR to get double-booked It's also not a great user experience; if an SDR is emailing back and forth with someone and that person books with an AE, then the prospect is confused why they are suddenly now meeting with someone else ... Slide-in and pop-up forms are great for getting a reader's attention, but what if they aren't ready to share their email address?   Wouldn't it be nice if you could add a "Learn More" or "Download Now" CTA button to a pop-up? The CTA would send the reader to a landing page where they could dig deeper into your offer, instead of requiring them to provide their email sight unseen.   Hubspot's marketing blog has exactly this feature (see screenshot). It would be helpful to see the HubScoring as a timeline activity on the contact's record so the contact owner can better understand why and how a contact has a certain score.  It is time consuming to search through all of the positive and negative attributes and then all of the contact's property values trying to see the complete story.  ... We would really love to have a filtering option for duplicates management. For ex, we could filter 2-3 company owners and check all the duplicates they have in common. Hi,   I have multiple teams on my account, it would be helpful to only have the team members show as options per team on the contact owner property.   If someone from Team A needs to assign a lead to a different member, and they see 60 other members as options that they have no idea who they are, it becomes a little confusing.    If that would only show the users that are in their team, that would be helpful. ... It would be helpful to click into a contact and see why they have a certain hubspot score. For example, if there hubspot score is 65, it would list all the steps or actions that contact made in order to get that score.   I was looking under Property History inside a contact but it never really states why the score is moving up or down, it just says the score changed to a certain value and just states it's a "background task". It would be great if there was a place where it states everything that has caused a contact's score to be what it is. Like for example, Charles clicked an email so his score went up 2 points. Charles opens an email less than 2 days ago so his score went up 2 points, etc. Because looking at the image below, I'm really confused as to what's causing the score to move up and down when no actions are taking place.  ... Currently when a Playbook is selected, it pops up on half the middle screen. Some of our playbooks have multiple questions so our agents are scrolling to get to each question. It would be beneficial to have the option to receive push notifications for Log-In confirmation codes. Email is sometimes not the preferred method to receive notifications. Hello,   I recently updated our account's deal record view to make use of the new option to have sections (conditional or otherwise). Unfortunately, an unforeseen issue is that records customization beyond the "about this deal" section (the basic default) will not appear when clicking the "preview" button from an object dashboard. In other words, there is not a way to have sections beyond the "about" section appear in the deal preview.   I know technically users can use the deal name link to go directly to the deal record to see all 3 sections and make updates, but my understanding is they prefer the preview to make quick updates for multiple deals in a pipeline.
