When creating a workflow to send a notification to the owner(s) of a record, the Shared Users property is not available.  We have absolutely no solution to notify the Shared Users when something happens on a record, and that's really limiting. ...その他を表示

I would like to see a setting or update implemented where we can choose to have certain data properties overriden or not.   As of right now, when a contact filled out a form Hubspot will capture that data in properties within the contact record, but if the same contact fills out a form with the same properties but different answers, Hubspot will automatically override the previous data. It would be useful to be able to log emails to Lead records directly via the 365 Sales Extension, the same way these emails can be logged against Companies, Records and Deals.  Right now the only way to log an email is to send it directly from within the Lead record in HubSpot; being able to do it from Outlook using the Sales extension would be very useful.  ...その他を表示

The current design of data syncs allow you to connect secondary and entirely separate accounts but not secondary user accounts on the same initial account. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/connect-and-use-hubspot-data-sync#:~:text=it's%20possible%20to%20connect We have seen this cause issues if a user account needs to be changed, the system recognises this as the same account and connect connect it. Causing an account to need to be disconnected and reconnected, losing all settings initially created in the first connection.  As a workaround, some syncs can be disconnected from the account of the app being connected in the data sync - which then can be reconnected to the secondary user. Given that this can be achieved through a few additional steps in the external account it would give much more user benefit to be able to trigger a 'user switch' via the HubSpot data sync settings.  ...その他を表示

1) currently there is no way for other person (eg, the Sales Manager" to give a note (comment) on a Lead as a non-owner.   2) Activities related to the company will be all counted as the activites for the Lead associated in the same company. However, sometimes, such activity may not be relavant.    Lead should be an independent object by itself, just like a Deal. It would be great if HubSpot had a calendar for Marketing which showed all content going out - currently there are separate ones for Social, Email, and Campaigns. Please can one be made that combines all of the above calendars?  ...その他を表示
