I was shocked today to find out that using the function in the file manager to 'Replace' an image does in fact do nothing of the sort! Rather than replacing the image in all of its applications within the system, it instead creates a duplicate using the same filename that DOES NOT replace the image in any of its application within the system. This seems like a fundamental flaw in the either the functionality or if not, an error in the labelling of the action. Actually being able to replace an image would be incredibly useful. Granted there may be the need to include a 'Are you sure!' warning similar to when making changes to a template but I believe this would be avery useful option to have. Frankly I'm surprised no-one has highlighted this previously.

Hi, I'm not the first to suggest this, and I know there are reasons it's not concrete in a roadmap. See: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Public-Hubspot-API-specs-schema-Swagger-like/m-p/297729 https://community.hubspot.com/t5/APIs-Integrations/Swagger-documentation-wanted/m-p/293967 However, I would really like to log this as an idea for voting and visibility. I would really like to be able to point to both OpenAPI 2 (swagger) and OpenAPI 3 versions of the specification. Regarding the one endpoint that takes an input stream and makes it "impossible" today - just leave it out of the specs for now. Publish all compliant endpoints. Even publish it without the one inputstream parameter. Having OpenAPI specs will make it a breeze to integrate with for instance Azure Logic Apps, or use tools to autogenerate clients. (Like the "good old days" of WSDL)

Use case: I am looking to create "secure" "timed" landing pages by base64 encoding a unix timestamp. That encoded timestamp would then be emailed to a contact and appended to the URL as a query parameter. On the landing page, it would get that URL parameter and decode it back to a unix timestamp. It would then check to see the timestamp provided is within a specified time period. This is "secure" becasue a contact would not be able to easily modify the timestamp directly in the URL. They would have to spend more time to get the desired results.

We are currently setting up our customer service structure through HubSpot Service Hub. One of our main requirements is that - when a customer needs help and send us an e-mail through our shared inbox, we want to be able to set-up an automated reply to let them know we have received their e-mail and someone will be in touch with them soon. Can this feature be added?

Hi there, I was wondering if we could auto populate form submission field based on our contact database. So for example, if we are filling in a form for a client, and the first field is an email field, ideally the user would type say 2 letters, and then have automated suggestions of emails based on the contact database that we have? This way the fields that already exist on the contact database would populate throughout the form and we won't have to check if it already exists or overwrite a previous submission!

When @mentioned in a note in a 'deal', 'company', 'contact' i am sent a email notification showing a preview of the comment (see below example): Notification showing preview However, when I am @mentioned in a 'comment' added to a note on a 'deal', 'company', 'contact' i am sent a email notification that does not show any preview of the comment :( (see below example): notification with no preview This is increadably frustrating as I have to click through to view each and every comment, when I am able to field comments if they have been left as a note... Also, when clicking through from the notification, you arrive in the deal, not on the note that the comment has been added, or the comment itself... this means i have to scroll through to find notes with comments on them, then click through to see if that is where I have been @mentioned....? This means that i risk not seeing comments as the navigations from notifications is awful and as i have no idea what the comment say's i don't know what i am looking for...! WHY would you change the way you send notifications when you created this new feature? Terrible UX... :( Please fix this so I can always see a preview of the comment I have been @mentioned in.

I would love to see the option for using group policies for different users. atm the administrator has to make sure everybody has set the same options for notifications etc.. Group policies would make this much easier and faster. If this already is possible, please let me know how.

To make our customized reports more meaningful and easy-to-read for everybody we need further modification options. For example: - allow renaming of shown categories/values (e.g. if a property used in the report has values of "yes" and "no value", we would like to change this within the report to "Visitor" and "No Visitor") - allow to hide values of 0 or no value If this is already possible, please let me know how. Thanks!

We have a number of dashboards / reports that are viewed by a wide number of people in the company with varying levels of HubSpot knowledge and so it would be incredibly helpful if there was an text box or widget that could be added to either a report or a dashboard that means we could explain how and what data the reports are displaying.
