We perform forensic analysis on customer-submitted media files. We've determined that image files uploaded through our support portal are recompressed by hubspot, and therefore lose fidelity and loss of important file metadata. Many of our tools are specifically designed to detect exactly this type of manipulation, so it affects our ability to perform both automated and manual analysis. We will have customers submitting media files via both the chatbot interface, as well as the web interface. In other systems, I've had to work around issues like this by enforcing that all media be zipped before uploading, but I don't think that's a reasonable demand to place on our customers. Can we add a mechanism to disable all media processing for our customer tickets?
