The Sales Analytics in Sales Hub Enterprise work on Calendar Years instead of Fiscal Years, even if the portal is set to Fiscal Years.   It would be very useful if the Sales Analytics can be set to report in Fiscal Years for companies that report in this way.   Right now this is only possible by making custom reports based on the Sales Analytics. ...read more

Hi team! I'm writing this feature request on behalf of a customer. They have different HubSpot Teams however, every now and then multiple Teams have to work with the same contact. For instance, if Team A is working for Agency A. There are times when Agency A need to contact the records that Team A 'shares' with them.   At the moment, it's pretty much an all-or-nothing scenario as a user needs to be added to an additional team to view the records. I notice that when I go to merge duplicate companies, sometimes literally the only difference is that one has only the domain and the other starts with "https://", or that there's just a difference in capitalization. I would imagine this would be an easy fix for a Hubspot developer to lessen your users' workload. You could insert a filter to search for associations made between custom objects and standard objects. For example: advanced filters > add filter: "custom object associated" (associated object name).   ...read more

Hey guys, currently the order of contacts displayed on Quotes seems to be arranged in descending order of the contacts' Record IDs.   💡 This seems to be the default behaviour currently but it would be great if users can specify the order of contacts that appear on the quote.   Use case: If multiple contacts are associated with a quote, we would want the primary decision-maker at the top of the list of contacts   Thank you 😊 ...read more

It seems if you integrate Hubspot with Mailchimp, it will track email sends, opens etc. but only when it is sent out as a regular campaign in Mailchimp. If I send out emails through a journey/flow, it will not transfer data to Hubspot. Therefore the integration is fairly lacking. We send mostly emails through Mailchimp journeys when people do certain actions such as fill out a lead form on SoMe or create a user on our site. ...read more

We would like the ability to rename the form fields on a Meeting Form. One of my clients has a partner sales team who books meetings on their behalf; the naming of the fields can cause confusion where the partner would enter their personal information instead of the prospect information. Renaming these fields from First Name, Last Name, Your email address to Prospect Name/Prospect Email (or whatever verbiage we wanted) would be ideal.     ...read more
