I wanted to share an idea that I believe could really enhance how we use the Health Score in HubSpot Service Hub, and make it more insightful for teams.
Currently, the Health Score gives us a total number, but it doesn’t show how much each factor (like NPS, activity, sentiment, etc.) is contributing to that final score.
What would be great:
The ability to see the breakdown of each group contributing to the overall Health Score (e.g., “NPS Score Contribution,” “Activity Score Contribution”).
Being able to click on the score and view the factors that make up that number in an easy-to-read format, automatically updated in real-time.
While the data already exists in the backend (as we can see when configuring the score), it’s not currently published in a way that users can easily access.
Having this visibility would make it much easier for teams to understand and act on specific areas of improvement, without having to manually track down each factor. It would be a huge timesaver and allow for more actionable insights.
