TL;DR At month-end, the Scheduler displays a calendar filled with past dates and a zero-state message (“No available dates this month”), along with an email link. Many visitors bounce instead of clicking to the next month, which leaves unused capacity at the start of every new month.   This is an expensive UX issue for us.   Problem The calendar is locked to the current month, so most of the UI becomes unbookable days at the month's end. When the remaining days of the month have no slots, the page shows an email and a “next month” control—users often stop here and do not advance. Result: higher abandonment rate and under-utilized availability on the first days of the following month (costly for teams that staff to capacity).   Proposal Add a rolling, future-only view with these behaviors (as a setting or default): Hide past days in the current month. The past is never bookable. Auto-advance to the next available date when the rest of the current month is fully booked. Highlight “Next available: {Date}” and preselect that day/time list. Optional admin setting: show the next N days (e.g., 14/30) regardless of month boundaries. Also, you can use the scheduler's availability window.   Expected outcomes Fewer bounces at month-end; more bookings in the first week of each month. Clearer UX: visitors always land on a screen with bookable options—never a dead end.   Examples: Zero Availability = High Bounce Rate Example: Past Dated Dominating the UI Examples: Excess Availability at Start of Next Month   Our Context We are on the Platform Enterprise plan. We are aware that there are scheduler alternatives that are compatible with HubSpot, but they are more feature-rich and expensive than we require. Hi HubSpot Community,   I recently discovered that HubSpot’s native file attachment area appears to have a 10-file upload limit per batch. While this isn’t officially documented anywhere, it seems to be a built-in system limitation.   For one use case, this restriction has been quite challenging — the team often needs to upload multiple photos and management reports to Deals and other record types including Custom Objects from said record, which can easily exceed that limit.   It would be great to see HubSpot enhance the file upload functionality in future updates to allow larger or unlimited batch uploads.   If anyone has workarounds, or if HubSpot has plans to expand this functionality, I'd love to hear more.   Thanks, ...read more

In our case, we wanted to automatically assign a specific tag to incoming emails — but only when the email was sent from a particular domain. However, HubSpot always associates the message with the contact’s primary email address, even if the email was actually sent from a different address listed on the contact record. Because of that, we can’t reliably use the contact’s domain for tagging when the sender uses multiple email addresses. It would be extremely helpful if HubSpot allowed tagging, filtering, or automation based on the actual sender’s email address or domain used in a given email, not just the contact’s primary email address. Some of my customers wish that their CRM Users see fields that are created as "single Checkbox" as a "Checkbox" field (to check/uncheck) in the left column on object level (and other places). Previously we were able to navigate directly from the member we were talking to, to their lists page, From this page, we used to have a drop-down button Manage Registration which gave you the option to either Resend registration email or Reset password.  So this meant there were 2 clicks to reset a password, and that my team could stay on the tab they were working on with the member.  Now, if a member calls or emails for a password reset we need to: Click Content Click Memberships Scroll the list and then click the list named KB Access: All Members - List Sync  Find the member using the search option Then click password reset or resend registration.   This new process requires opening a separate tab to the member profile and then 5 clicks versus the old process which was 2 clicks. My team’s morale is down about it, so they are working even more slowly. Please implore your leads to undo this terrible move. The new Beta feature for Calendar View in Deals is great, but I would like to have a Calendar view in my Custom Objects. I know there is an App in the Marketplace that does this, but I wonder why it exists for Deals and not Custom Objects.    ...read more

It would be useful if we could be able to create multiple versions of the "Create" object forms. For example, we have a longer version of the form to create contacts from the primary Contacts page, but we have a shorter one when adding new contacts from an association card.              ...read more

When an IP address is excluded from analytics/activity tracking, form submissions from that IP address are automatically listed as spam submissions.   I recommend that an option be added to exempt those form submissions from the spam filter.   We use a large number of forms, and we sometimes need our own staff to fill out those forms. All of our staff are on a VPN, and that VPN is excluded from analytics tracking, so form submissions by our staff are automatically marked as spam.   We do not want to enable alaytics tracking for our staff; their activity on the website does not need to be tracked, nor do they need to be included in retargeting audiences. However, we do need to see the forms they submit.   To be honest, I don't understand why these two things are combined in this way, but I accept that someone, somewhere has a business case where it makes sense. It doesn't make sense for us. An option to always accept form submissions from a specific IP or an option to not apply the excluded IPs to the spam filter or some other way of unentangling these things would be greatly appreciated. ...read more
