Have the ability to see how many emails certain contact has received on a given time period.  In a report format ideally.   This would be helpful as it would help identify how many emails we send to each individual over a certain time period. I.e. if we send 5 emails in 1 week to one member then we know we need to not send as many.    Whether it be on the subscriber type level - it would be good to understand how many emails someone has received over a given time period.  ...read more

Currently there only exist one error notification in HS and that appears to be on the Salesforce Integration.    We had a lead syncing issue today on an account and apparently it had been not working for some time, with LinkedIn syncing, however no one in the HS Admin circle received a notification that there was an issue.    The business impact of this issue results in leads not being tracked properly and under estimating performance and pipeline. I want to prevent the Customer Support Survey from sending when certain tickets are closed. For instance, some of our tickets are open for a while because they are pending a resolution (i.e. a bug fix or a feature request that takes a while to develop.) We tag those tickets with a unique ticket property and keep the tickets open until it is resolved. I want to exclude the contacts of those tickets from receiving a survey.  ...read more

We manage multiple companies within Hubspot and just signed up for Service Hub and were excited for the possibility of completely servicing our companies within a unified Hubspot system. However, we noticed big limitations when it comes to servicing multiple brands, companies, and websites through the Customer Feedback tool.  Currently, there is no option to customize the sending address or footer information for individual surveys. Customer Feedback Surveys will send from the default email set in Email Configuration Settings. Additionally, the information in the footer defaults to "This is a service from defaultwebsite.com. Delivered by Hubspot.", and the address below defaults to Hubspot's. There is also no option to remove the (non-required) link to managing list preferences, which reveals our various companies and their various lists to our customers.   These limitations in the Feedback Tool make it unusable for our company. We switched over from ZenDesk, which offers the ability to gain multibrand insights through their customer feedback. I know Service Hub is only a few months into development, but this is an urgent need for us and, I'm sure, many other companies looking to utilize the Service Hub,.   Our idea — enable the Feedback Tool to support mutiple brands, companies, and websites by allowing: The sending address to be customized on a survey-by-survey basis.
