The Fix formatting issues is a great tool, but it is currently only availbe to Super Admin roles. Hmmm... So, our account has 2 Super Admins and their job titles are Vice President of Marketing and Director of Information Technology. Neither of these senior level employees are going to be doing this task. We have a Data Entry role, which makes sense to have someone with this level of a role be the one to cleanup these formatting issues.   My suggestion is for HubSpot is to make this option available to all that you can set at the role level and not have this be only something a Super Admin can do. ...read more

Migrated from legacy feedback forum with 105 votes.   I could see this being used for customers using other CMS tools such as modx, wordpress, expression engine or whatever your favorite CMS flavor is. It would enable a developer to create a plugin, module, snippet etc to pull in the CTA Name and Embed Code for use in the CMS. That would give the ability to a content editor to choose a Hubspot CTA from a list to include on a page, blog entry, etc that coincides with the content presented without leaving their CMS tool. Thoughts? We would love to create the modx version, for free use of course. Would anyone want this API for their favorite CMS flavor? ...read more

I'm surprise that a basic 'duplicate' or 'clone' button isn't available for the Sales Team when creating 3 or 4 deals that are almost the same. In our case the Sales Team create 3 or 4 deals with the same company and aren't happy on populating 15 fields all over again and again.   HubSpot support suggested using a 3rd party widget (revLABS) that adds a 'Duplicate Deal' button but when I click on it made buy a subscription to get this working accross our organisation and because is a 3rd party software, HubSpot won't provide any additional support on it.    I'm surprise this isn't a priority item for the Dev Team. This is just basic functionality for Sales Hub. We moved from Salesforce to HubSpot and the Sales Team are screaming to see the 'clone' or 'duplicate' opportunity/deal button we used to have in Salesforce. It's difficult to explain to my Management Team why there isn't a duplicate option available on HubSpot.
