We have received some comments from our contacts/customers regarding the filter/view and search functionality in Service Hub:   KB articles and other support materials uploaded to Service Hub should display the upload date for the contact/end user with the ability for the contact to filter by the most recent modified date.  Improve the KB article search functionality to better handle phrase or sentence searches and output more concise results.  ...read more

Hi HS community,   I have set up a contact list in HS based on clients who attended a webinar we held and want to look at how many deals we have created with them since they attended the webinar to see if this had an impact on their traffic.   I tried to set up a cross object report to look at deals and contacts but I am unable to add 'list membership' as a filter for contacts as its blanked out.   At the moment there is no way for me to look at the deals created by these specific clients as list membership is only recorded against the contact and not the deal.   I am able to filter my list I created to be for people who attended our webinar and created a deal between a certain date range, but then there is no way for me to visually display this in a graph as it would need to be a cross object report to show the deals by clients.   Can you advise if this is something that will be available in cross object reporting? Right now, you can only add anchor links that link to a rich text module. I want to link a button on a page to the form on the same page.  For example, if my form is at the top of the page, I would add a button/cta at the bottom that sends them back up to the form.    Here's an example of a page I'm working on.   If someone clicks the green button at the bottom, they should be scrolled back to the top of the page. Adding a rich text module above the form creates space above the form and misaligns it from the top.  My only solution at the moment is to add a rich text module above the form with the anchor link and use a negative margin on the form styling. We have large B2B accounts for which we would like to have an overview on the support side. For that it would be extremely helpful if we can filter the whole support dashboard for a specific company. This would also make it easier to check if we are living up to service level agreements for such an account.   Add an option to filter for companies in this drop down to filter the service dashboard. ...read more

I think we need more reporting capabilities with the KB, analytics. Like visuals, graphs over time, sources, click rates. We activated the knowledgebase at the same time as we activated a chatbot. I have reached out to support multiple times due the poor reporting capabilities. I think the KB dashboard is fine and all but could be better. It would be a bit better if we could at least export the data to create reports outside of hubspot without a huge hassle. The KB is such a nice and exiting feature the fact we have to jump through so many hoops to share the data is a bit disturbing.   Thanks,  ...read more

The Round Robin Team Meeting feature almost meets my need.  It would be nice when the link is opened and the calendar displayed to show a list of the Team Members whose calendars are being checked for availability and then select 1) Check availability for all Team Members, or 2) Check availability for Select Team member. A specific team member could then be selected and the calendar would redraw showing ONLY his / her availability.   This would allow for a return client to see either all times available to them for all team members or the time available for a select (preferred) team member, and then proceed to book their meeting. ...read more

Our agents receive several ticketes daily that contain attachments (i.e. Excel workbooks, Word documents, etc.) and some of the time the sender will not include any specific details in the ticket name nor description.  Before using HubSpot to work through the requests that come in, we used Outlook, and they had the option to search by attachment contents, which served very useful when the sender would not include any specific details in their subject/body of the email.  It would be very helpful if HubSpot allowed this as an option to search/filter by attachment contents.   ...read more
