Meeting scheduling - Previously it was possible to use the "Insert Proposed Times" into any email conversation. A recent update has changed this to only work with CRM contacts. The problem is that a user or exec may get introduced to many new contacts and either intend to create the contact by sending the email (via the log and track feature), or simply not need to create a contact until a meeting is scheduled. In other words, there is no net positive to restricting this feature to contacts that exist in the CRM, and substantial downsides in terms of unnecessary workflows in manually creating a contact. Who - busy executive or account executive, engaged in email with new prospect. Prospect is coming in as an intro or otherwise doesn't currently exist in Hubspot.
