Currently the only way to manage custom code secrets is to open a workflow, then drill down into a custom code step and click 'Manage secrets'.   Can the manage secrets screen be seperated out into its own section of the admin?   It's frustrating to have to go hunting for a workflow with a custom code step in it, in order to update our secrets. ...read more

When creating a google calendar invite, the invite syncs in Hubspot but there is no way to associate a meeting type with it. We manually have to go back to the company record and update the logged meeting. I was wondering if there is any way to automatically move a Chat to another Inbox within a Chatflow-setup using routing rules. The answer is: no it's not possible. My user story It happens frequently that a Chat for "non-customers" is started for contacts that are actually customers, simply because the contact could not be identified by hubspot in the firstplace (for example missing cookies). Non-Customer chats go into our Sales inbox.   Now when a unidentified contact inside of a Non-Customer chatflow is identified via email as Customer, I can use routing rules to automatically assign this Chat correctly to the Customer Success team, but the Chat remains in the Sales Inbox: I cannot move the Chat to the Customer Sucess Inbox... so the Sales team must manually move these to the correct Inbox causing a lot of overhead and delay in response time.  ...read more

Hello,   When Gmail is integrated with HubSpot, it would be helpful if HubSpot allowed for users to insert the proposed times for other users. Currently, HubSpot only allows for you to insert proposed times for your primary calendar, and not proposed times of other users' calendars which you have access to... This would be very helpful! Please enable Zoom Meetings integration with HubSpot forms.   We do workshops where we use Zoom Meetings in order to use features that are not available in Zoom Webinar, such as breakout rooms and active video for all attendees.   I was surprised to learn that Zoom Meetings is not integrated with HubSpot forms for registration. Please enable this integration asap.   (While doing this, please fix the Zoom Webinar + Hubspot forms integration, creating new workflows for every new webinar is a terrible user experience - make the integration work like the Go-to-Webinar & HubSpot forms integrations, which has been active for years.)   Thanks!  ...read more

We often have to tag certain users when our sales guys use particular snippets when adding a note.   At present we have added '@' and two characters of the user(s) we need them to tag, which they need to click and that brings up the user to click on.... it works but it is clumsey!  If you put more than 2 characters after the '@' then they get left behind and shunted after the full user tag.   It would be great if full user tagging could be implemented into the snippet templates. ...read more
