One of the features we miss most is the embedded "read-only" timeline view. In working with systems where we had no ability to add HubSpot activities into their system, or when working with systems where the client wants to see latest page views, etc. in the embedded form, this gadget was extremely helpful. Many sales teams do not want another username/password to another system; the read-only view was the perfect solution for that problem.   My understanding is that it was removed for lack of security - fair point as it was set up.   Perhaps it could be brought back and secured by passing the information through the API along with a signature (much like how webhooks authentication works now with signatures). This signature could be required to be appended to the iframe URL, have a 5 minute timeout, and the remaining information could be passed through the API. Hi   Our current Ticket ID number series are 9 digits long, if at any point we have to relay on this number to identify an issue the chanses it will be missread is significant.   Would be great if we could reset it to start from 1 again or if we could create our own with ticket ID:s relating to products or projects based on letter and/or number combinations.   Best Regards Björn A ...read more

Unless I'm very much mistaken, the only way for HubSpot administrators / partners to configure things like sales email signatures / meeting links / chat availability or edit profiles of other sales users is by logging in to each individual's account independently.   This is a really cumbersome process, first having to obtain login details for X number of users, and then log in to each account and configure each setting accordingly.   It would be great if this could all be managed from an administrator / partner account. For example, create a bulk-standard thirty minute meeting link that with availability between 9am and 5:30pm, and make that available to every sales user in X team. Or, design one email signature and roll that out to every user (or a specific team), using personalisation tokens to update the custom details. ...read more

The Support bot chatflow template makes it impossible to build a bot flow that allows the customer to ask their question before giving some piece of information designed to create a Contact card for them in Hubspot.    As a Hubspot user, I want to have full control over how my customers are handled. When it comes to providing support via a bot, I want to avoid putting hudrles between them and the information the are seeking. In this particular case, I don't need to harvest any personal information or to create a contach card for them until I need to follow up woth them. If the bot successfully finds the required information for them in our Knowledge Base, the flow should end there.   Lastly, it seems a bit self serving on Hubspot's part to not allow me to create a bot flow that makes it necessary for a contact card to be created for every chat visitor when we are being charged per contact.   Please allow for more flexibility in chatbots flows.   ...read more

Hi there I really like the new solution of subscription types and GDPR settings. But there is one small issue I would like to adress and hope for a solution. The HubSpot Default Subscription Type "Other Communication HubSpot Default" (in the settings - in the Preference Page it goes under the name "Sales Email | One to One"). Since not all HubSpot users are useing Sales Emails I think it's a crucial functionality to be able to deactivate (or at least rename) this subscription type.   ...read more
