Hello, I love the concept of association labels but have a few issues with them. One of the issues is having a max of 10 that can be created. The other, which is the main issue, is having the association labels be bi-directional. The example to show case why this does not make sense is as follows. In the nature of our business, we have integrators, resellers, and end users. We end up working with all 3 to ensure a smooth product set up and arrival. That means we can have 3 companies with different contacts associated with one sale. We have started associating contacts with multiple companies in these situations. For example, the main point of contact at the end user location will be in communication with someone from the integrator side and or reseller side as well as us. We want to be able to have unique associatio labels that are one direction. For example, the contact to company association will be purchaser, but within the company to contact label, that contact would be end user. I do not know if I am articulating my message in a very transparent way but the main take away is that it should not be bi-directional and not have a limit of 10. I hope this makes sense. To try and spell it out some more. Company X is end User Blue is contact at X Company Y is Reseller Red is contact at Y Company Z is Integrator Green is Contact at Z I would associate Red, Green, and Blue with each comapny, X Y Z The associaiton labels being bi-dircetional causes issues because a contact for the company is a pucharser in one direction, but the other direction would be reseller. Essentially, it needs to be unique to where when you are in the respective contact record or company record, the associaton labels do not connect. A easy solution would be creating more assocaiton labels to comabt these scenarios but is not possible with the limit of 10.
