Our company would like to be able to develop dashboard reports that demonstrate how Asset Type, Campaigns and Marketing Channels have influenced revenue. In the attribution report builder this is an option, however you can only quantify it in dollars associated with a deal (broken down to be linear, first touch, etc) – not with the calculated ACV that our company uses.   If you try to go about doing this via a Custom Report however, many of the unique interaction source and attribution values that are available in the new Attribution Report are not queryable, leaving you only with "Original Source", which does not give a ton of detail about what kind of marketing activities are working.   My understanding is none of these interaction types/asset types/channels are things that can be grabbed and mapped to a Custom Property by the Workflow tool.    I would love to see either the Attribution Report expanded to allow you to designate what kind of breakdown you're looking to show for influence on deals (It's exact deal value, the deals ACV, or any other unit of revenue), OR – even better – I would love to see all of the EXCELLENT datapoints in the new Attribution Reports be avalable in the Custom Report builder. the card scanner is great. It currently turns the scanned card into a contact and I have to use that contact to create a deal. I would LOVE IT if scanning a card would create a contact and a deal. I believe forms already has the ability to turn a filled-out form into a deal. ...read more

When adding an attachment to a deal, that attachment should also be added/associated with the associated company and contact records.   I realize every deal can be unique but if a deal is associated to a company/contact record, every attachment should also be added to the associated records.   Example: When I upload an agreement to a deal, I should then be able to view that attachment from the associated company record and/or the associated contact record.     Potential Alternative:  When uploading an attachment, be given the opportunity to select/deselect also adding it to the associated company/contact records.  That would give each user control.  Value Added: Support/Customer Success teams would not have to dig for agreements/files inside of deals nor would the sales team have to upload to multiple places.   ...read more

This request refers to marketing email and landing page approvals: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/website-pages/approve-hubspot-content   Currently, when a marketing email or landing pages is approved, users have to re-request approval when they make small changes.   For example: A marketer requests approval for a marketing email. The email is approved. The marketer notices a small spelling mistake or wants to change an image. They have to re-request approval.   As default behavior, this is good. Without this, users could bypass mandatory changes.   There are however scenarios where admins trust users enough that following updates are made in good judgement.   Please introduce an option to approve the current version of an email or to approve the email and all updated versions.   This could be a simple dropdown in the user interface for approvers: Approve current version of email Approve current version of emails and auto-approve future updates made by the same user   Thanks in advance for considering! ...read more

The pop up screen for merged records only allows users to "merge" or "cancel" so if a user wants to reject the merge, they have to click out and reject on the previous screen. It would be wonderful to be able to reject from the pop-up screen.  ...read more

The pipeline reports for deal stages or lifecycle stages are helpful, but they can only show you one path. It would be very helpful to visualize the steps with a stacked flow chart to get a clear picture of how leads/deals are progressing and all the steps along the way.    Here's an example of this type of chart from GA4: ...read more

If I have a user with a permission set, and an admin applies a manual permission change on something, I do not know that has happened and I cannot undo it.   For example, I have Bob using Permission Set "Sales" and it includes CRM Export. Some admin at some point in the past manually set him to not have export. That manual setting overrides everything I do.   If I create a new permission set for our sales team, and applie to all the sales people, I get no notification that Bob is different than the rest of them. I will think Bob has all the permissions of the new set, but any manual change persists. Worse, when I finally figure out what happened, all I can do is flip Export to on. It's now overridden to be on. I actually want the override to just go away. I want that field to follow his permission set and cease to be a field that an admin has to "remember" was adjusted.   If I assign Bob a new set, I want a notification: "Bob has 4 permissions that were manually set that conflict with this permission set assignment.
