With the rollout of Deal Insights, I have some requests based on immediate feedback. The ability to control the show or hide of insights from the admin level.  What if I don't want my users to have that? What if I only want some users to have it?  The ability to change the company currency The ability to change what is displayed there What about deal velocity? What about forecasting? What about the deal max age? The ability to move it to display as a sidebar or bottom instead of on the top. Hi, Currently when you enable the Hubspot Event 'Marketing Email Opened' in the Activitities sync tab from Hubspot to Salesforce each and every open is getting send to Salesforce.  This is problematic in a few ways: 1. For each open a task is added tot the timeline of Salesforce contact, especially with firewall and malware systems scanning through e-mails you sometimes get a creation of over 10 tasks.   2. You use up a lot more API calls then needed.   3. The information get's less usefull /trustworthy by the overload.   I would like to propose to add an option to the activities sync tab allowing for one of the following options:   1. Group actions of passed 15/30/60 minutes and add only as one task. 2. Only sent action one-time (this will only make a SF event the first time an HS event has taken place) 3. Use case: We have chat flows based on Live Chat on our website. We have seen an increase if 'spam'/'rubbish' chats.   In order to filter and prevent us spending time on them we need to have an option to say 'Request email before the first message is accepted'   This way you can prevent trolls and spamming in general.   Changes: New option in Live Chat -> Build -> Email Capture called 'Request email before the first message is accepted' When this option is selected the user must enter a valid email (valid email, not required an existing contact) When the email is entered the chat message is presented and a live chat is created in our Inbox   Optionally: Require that the email belongs to a contact in the system ...read more

Yas, we've got the feature of manage duplicates that's great. One thought is there's no way to bulk merge of contact and company duplicates, and you'll need to go through one by one manually.    I'm wondering if there's a better way for us instead of deduplicating one by one, which is literally unrealistic for enterprise users with mass contacts. HubSpot Social needs a feature for adding pdf files to a social post. Without this much-needed functionality, the Social tool is not up to date with regard to SoMe trends, and we are forced to post directly on the LinkedIn platform instead = moving out of the HubSpot platform for our day-to-day social scheduling and posting.  ...read more
