We want as many contacts as possible to be associated with a company but when enabling the setting to associate contacts based on domain it will automatically create a company for all new domains hubspot doesn't already have associated with a company. This causes us a lot of extra duplicate companies we just can't handle so we'd prefer if the setting had an extra option to not create the companies and just leave the contact unassociated if it cannot find a matching domain. ...read more

Hi all, I've now learned that ARR for multi-year deals will not populate in Hubspot accurately due to their constraints on line items. We have a deal where we added two line items: 1. first line item: 50,000 billed yearly, start date: 6/30/2023 2. second line item: 75,000 billed yearly, start date: 6/30/2024 Ideally, the ARR would reflect 50,000 in the first year, and 75,000 in the second year. This is not what's happening. Instead, Hubspot just combines the line items into one year, regardless of the dates, which leads to inaccurate reporting. This is major oversight, multi-year deals are common in many industries and our sales team shouldn't have to make multiple "deal" objects for one contract. Please please look into this. We want to keep our forms limited to the most important questions to increase submission. We use the country code dropdown for phone numbers to have a common phone number format. The phone number is a required field. However, it's not possible to segment contacts by country code nor is it possible to have the contact country property auto-populated using the selected country code.   Having the country code dropdown in the form and still asking for the country seems a bit odd.   (Using the IP-country is not feasible in some cases and using the existing data from the phone number seems to be a no brainer)     ...read more

For our company, it is of paramount importance to be able to ensure that all incoming traffic is safe and secure, before it enters our system. Currently, the only way to secure calls from HubSpot via WebHooks is via the X-HubSpot-Signature header. Verifying this header can only be accomplished in code. In other words, the call has already entered our system before we can check whether it is bona fide. Ideally, mutual TLS or the allowlisting of a range of IP-addresses should be available as a security option. Please make available a security setup that goes beyond the mere adding of a signature to webhooks notifications. ...read more

Hi!   I would like to suggest a feature for Developers that are using CRM API.   The idea is simple - add possibility to merge several Options of one Property via API. Currently it is possible via Admin Panel only as you can see on a screenshot below. We sync contacts and companies via the Salesforce integration app. We noticed that HubSpot contacts that also exist in Salesforce and have multiple related companies, don't have multiple linked HubSpot companies.    Is this something that will be picked up in the future?
