Currently, if a customer comments on a blog post, other readers or blog managers in HubSpot can reply to that comment. When doing so, however, the original poster does not receive a notification email letting them know that their comment has been responded to. It would be beneficial to have a feature within the feedback survey tools that recognizes contacts' emails and limits the amount of times they submit a survey. This will allow HubSpot users to have clean data and not having repeated survey responses outweight other contacts' responses.  ...read more

Hey hey,   At the moment it extremely cumbersome to remove multiple views, as you need to delete them one by one...   And if your team is using them a lot (and I reckon that's the right way of using HubSpot ;), every major change of system settings is a nightmare for SuperAdmins...   Especially that as you know, removing/archiving any property in the system requires adjusting / deleting any workflow, view, report and list that uses that property - for us that goes often into dozens...   It's extremely time consuming if a change is big, and big changes happens...   So a bulk remove of views would be most welcome ...read more

It would be nice to have the fields chosen to display on each individual ticket within the board view as a searchable field. For example, I am choosing to show the Ticket ID of the individual tickets since that is the unique ID. It would be nice to use the search bar to type in a specific Ticket ID so it would only showcase the ticket I would like to view.  ...read more

This feature is for account Super Admins to directly edit User Accounts without requiring individual users to log into HubSpot. For example, I have a team of six sales reps. I have intentionally avoided sending them an invitation email to HubSpot since I am the only person who needs access (Marketing) to our company account. I want to send personalized emails on their behalf and assign contact ownership for various outreach campaigns (monthly newsletters/nurturing/etc.) based on their owned contacts. Currently, HubSpot only allows me (the Super Admin) to create a User Account with an Email Address and doesn't offer any other User info editing access (cannot add their first name, last name, profile photo, etc.) for a User's profile without that User logging in and creating their account in HubSpot. This feature would save loads of time without requiring Account Users to directly log into HubSpot, especially if I do not wish to grant them access to our Company Account. Hubspot does not allow using product properties in FORMS, or our customers cannot have options to choose the product they want in forms. Looks like we have to choose other tools than Hubspot to do that 😞 ...read more
