Right now the metric is measuring starting from the first time it enters waiting on service stage and the last time is in the stage which is not providing an accurate measurement of this property for some customers.   We need a metric that accurately reflects a ticket's total time in the "waiting in service" stage, regardless of any back-and-forth movement. instead of from the first to last date. So for example if a ticket moves to a different stage this should stop the counting and if it moves the back the timer should only start from the day it moves back to the stage not continue from the first day it was ever in the stage.   this is very important as customer use this measurement as metric to measure their success and efficientness of how fast they are servicing their customers. ...read more

Feature Request: Exclude Weekends from "Send Later" in One-to-One Emails I'm reaching out to request a new feature for one-to-one emails in the CRM. Currently, the "Send Later" function doesn't allow you to exclude weekends, which can be inconvenient for business communication. While I appreciate the provided resources on workflows and managing marketing email settings, this feature request specifically relates to one-to-one emails (not workflows or sequences). Here's why excluding weekends from "Send Later" would be beneficial: Improves Engagement: Sending emails on weekdays is more likely to get a response during business hours. Hi, for workflows, lists and emailings you can create a folder structure. It would be great to have a rights management for those folders in a way that I can decide for single folders who should be able to only view or can edit. At the moment the folder features are not the same in the three sections. For emailings and lists there is no access management at all at the moment. For workflows you can assign dedicated ones to special teams to edit, but then the non-chosen teams cannot even see the workflows any more. My use case would be the following: we would offer some templates to the team that they should use so they always use the right and most current template. We use the "Book A Call" feature in Calendy to drive leads.    It's integrated into hubspot, but I can't add it as an asset when building Marketing Campaigns, so there's a blind spot for the conversion metrics.   Hubspot please look at adding other Conversion Points as assets to campaigns. ...read more

At the moment, form permissions aren't as nuanced as email permissions. Users with edit permissions for form can edit live forms while permissions for marketing emails, for example, differentiate between suggesting changes (edit) and publishing changes (publish).     It would be great to have the same permissions / distinction for forms - and ideally also form approvals, similar to marketing email or landing page approvals.   Context Forms are an entry point for new contacts and it's important that contact information is captured in a standardized way across large organizations. This can only be ensured with standardized fields, standardized hidden fields and form settings (e.g. "Always create contact for new email address" or the marketing contact settings). Especially in large companies with many regional teams and varying degrees of confidence and competence, it's challenging for HubSpot admins to provide quality assurance for forms. If they take away form edit permissions, they become a bottleneck. If they grant form edit permissions, they constantly have to monitor newly created forms which might be created not following standard guidelines.   What happens if we don't get this feature? HubSpot admins will always be a bottleneck. General adoption of HubSpot in the company is slowed down as HubSpot admins have to work around the risks or downsides of not having these permissions.   Thanks in advance for considering! ...read more

The Forms tool has the option to add payments and upon submission, users can see a "Payment status" under the Form Submissions tab. However, those statuses are not able to be used for filtering (when creating a list). As explained in this article, View payment form submissions in HubSpot, There are 4 statuses available under the Forms tool; Pending, Succeeded, Failed and Open, but none of these statuses are available to filter contacts when creating lists.       ...read more

In Hubspot payment links, if a client purchases subscriptions that have different term lengths on them, they get charged separately for each subscription with a different term length (even though they paid through 1 payment link). This is not only annoying for our clients who get hit with 2 different charges every month, but it is also very frustrating for our billing/finance team, when it comes to payout reconciliation. Implementing a feature to consolidate payments on payment links that have multiple subscriptions with different term lengths not only improves the checkout experience for our clients, but also makes reporting much easier for our accounting team. At the moment, all users who have the permissions to edit and publish a page can also delete it:     Similar to workflows, it would be great to have the additional option of deletion permissions:     Without this additional permissions, admins have to always live in fear that landing pages are deleting without them finding out about it.   Not all users who delete a landing page necessarily think about required follow-up actions - like setting up a redirect. And even if they do, they shouldn't necessarily have the permissions to set up redirects indiscriminately.   Landing page deletion permissions would add another level of control in big organizations and help admins avoid catastrophes. ...read more
