I want to start a new Workflow with a List, add a delay of 30 days, then send an internal email, then delay again for 30 more days. I want it to repeat over and over again as long as a Contact remains on that List. We'd like to use it to remind staff to reach out to certain Contacts regularly.

Our social media team is thrilled that we can now schedule up to 10 images on Instagram and would like the same cability on Facebook and LinkedIn as right now we're limited to four. While we can post directly from the sites themselves (10 on FB, 9 on LI), we're unable to connect the post to a campaign, which impacts campaign metrics. It also means that we can't schedule those LinkedIn posts ahead of time.

When building a workflow, it is impossible to create a trigger linked to an unpublished marketing email. but this is also the case for a planned email marketing. Wouldn't it make sense for a scheduled email to be considered published so that it appears in the choices when building the workflow? However, the workflow will only trigger when the scheduled marketing email changes to "published" status.

Hi HubSpotters, I'd love to be able to set up lead scoring rules for people based upon sales document views. We're trying to do some more ABM type scoring, and I'd love to be able to segment based upon document views and time spent viewing, much like video views. We're trying to do a lot of prospecting, and being able to pull in document views, page views, video views, etc. to see how much content a key contact is viewing would be really beneficial.

Set Company Country/Region property (automatically completed by HubSpot Insight) as a Drop-down select property, so users can select Company Country from a list, avoiding writing or grammar errors. Moreover, this will enable the ability to copy Company Country value to Contact Country property (also as a drop-down select property) because at the moment, is not posible to copy a value from a single-line / multi-line text property to a drop-down select property.

When creating a report, I would love the abillity to report on Task Queues (how many open, how many closed, owner, date). All of our reps have some of the same task queues that we would like the ability to see more numbers on. That would be great if that could be added!

Sometimes you don't want to or can't delete a property or list. It would be great to be able to "Archive" it so that in future lists and options it no longer appears, but it doesn;t get removed from any historical contacts, companies or deals.

We have standard criteria for sales calls that we want to capture and filling out a template within a note would be very convenient. Adding a bunch of custom fields to a deal doesn't really do the trick either because it requires a lot of scrolling to view all info in the left-hand banner and those fields are not formattable. We have access to pinning of notes through the beta (very valuable) and I'd love to pin this template to the top of every deal.

Currently, when setting up a round robin meeting link, you can select the option to prioritize contact owner and only show their calendar. However, that only takes into account the default owner field. If you have multiple hubspot user fields on a contact record, it doesn't take into account those other owners. It would be nice if you could select the particular user field you want to prioritize in a round robin meeting.

We've loaded our Client Contacts into HubSpot as a Custom Object and associated them with the relevant schools [Companies] they work at. We didn't want the Client Contacts mixed in with Candidates [Contacts] because Sales won't think to filter them when running lists or searching for clients. It's also how our data is structured in Salesforce. It's become apparent that Sales Hub Tools aren't able to work for Custom Objects? Which means our client contacts can't be sent Templates, enrolled onto client focused sequences, etc etc. This seems like such an oversight?
