It would be good to have a funtion for a lead to be able to builder their own quote (maybe integrated into the CMS piece as a module or similar) This is a very manual process for us at the moment we are getting a plug in built. The function would be (service or Product) for a lead to choose service A, with upselling option for Service B and C compiling like a shopping cart as they go

I create multiple emails for specific Campaigns in HubSpot, and just learned today that one contact would like to be removed from a Campaign. I use multiple lists for this Campaign, so I'll need to exclude them individually from the current email I'm working on. As far as I can tell, there's no way to automatically exclude this contact for future emails that I create for the Campaign, I just need to remember to add them to the "Don't send to" list each time I create new emails. It would be great to exclude them from every email for this Campaign moving forward, without having to remember each time. In addition, if another Contact requests to be removed from the Campaign list, it would be great to have this setting available for more than one Contact.

Example: Add all SFDC Campaign IDs that contain [P2]. There should be an option to add all options that the filter finds instead of having to manually check and add each individual SFDC Campaign ID (over 100 for my instance of SFDC).

Create a new measure that captures the time of the call until the client answer the call, right now we only have the duration after the client answer the call. That measure is key to manage performance.

Create a way of inserting the sender image through Hubspot. This image only appears on mobile, but it's necessary to increase email rates. Also, this feature would turn this process easier, because the person who sends emails does not always have access to the sender's email personal settings.

Create filter to ONLY show top grossing reps overtime; daily, weekly, monthly, yearly as needed. For instance I want to see this year so far, who has been my MVP monthly base on their generation compared to other reps in the team and report only displays the highest reps NAME ansd deal close amount for that week/month/year.

Give users a simple upgrade to add additional pipeline. Jump from 2 to 5 for $50 to $500 is a bit ridiculous.

There really needs to be consistency between filters across HS platform. Being able to delay till specific time and then select based on property update - having the ability to choose "Less than" Or "Greater Than" X, hours/days/weeks is somewhat important here.

For my company, we work off of the Production Lists under Deals almost exclusively. As deals move into production, they are scheduled for install on the Google Calendar. The idea would be for that install date to automatically populate a field on the production list, e.g."Install Date". Anytime the work order would move to a new date on the calendar, the "Install Date" field in Hubspot would update to reflect the new schedule on the Google Calendar. This would eliminate having to go back into Hubspot to update the "Install Date" field manually every time a work order moves. With at times over 50 work orders scheduled for install at a given time, it is ineffecient to have to adjust the install date manually on both the calendar and Hubspot to maintain a current workflow.
