Colleagues put some files in File Manager and later set a custom URL. Google has now seen both old and new URLs, and Search Console reports them as "Duplicate without user-selected canonical". While the number of files affected is small, they are an annoyance because Search Console stops validating a category once it finds a single error, so we're now blind to other instances of this kind of duplication (even those not related to HubSpot). Both versions of these URLs are also in customer hands, so it would not be ideal to delete the affected files and upload them under a different name. Feature that would eliminate this problem: If the account has a custom URL, add a Link rel="canonical" HTTP header to files served from file manager which points to the file under the custom URL. Links to files generated before setting the custom URL (or changing it) would then have a canonical URL and not be considered duplicate content.
