Our company has a general information inbox (info@company.com) to which over a dozen people have access, most of which are not on HubSpot. The inbox is synced with HubSpot, however, I am unable to send alerts/notifications to it unless I create a user account for it.
I would rather not create user accounts for generic inboxes, especially when it is already sync'd with HubSpot. As it is sync'd, there should be an option to send notifications/alerts from workflows straight to the inbox without having to mess around with creating a user account for it.
It could be included similar to a team, 'send to channel'.
Please consider it, I've got a few other general mailboxes I'd like to set up on HubSpot but it's not worth the hassle of making more user accounts for them.
