Is there a reports feature that would allow me to view the percentage of one list out of another?  In the example below, my goal would be for the orange 1,143 to represent the whole, and for the other lists to be represented as percentages of that whole.   How can I reflect this, please?  Thank you!   ...read more

Currently in the Social analytics you can only view statistics one campaign at a time or all campaigns.  You cannot select two or three campaigns and group them.  This would be a great feature so as the Marketing Director I can provide a customized dashboard for each product manager, each Executive within each Business Unit, etc.   ...read more

Hi Guys,   I have been using HubSpot for a while now, I have previously used paid for versions but my current business uses the free version linked to other in-house systems.  Why on aspects such as "Meetings Comment" are the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons attached to each other and easily accidently clicked? I would understand if the delete button had a check request "Do you want to delete" or an "Undo" button but the system does not. I checked with support and there is no way of retrieving the data I lost due to a slip of a mouse button while on a call with a client.       ...read more

When demonstrating HubSpot you can't always use real data. You will soon run into privacy or confidentiallity issues when sharing the demo with other people. Therefore it would be ideal if HubSpot could provide a demo account with fictional data. This could be based on real world examples but just with anonymized contacts / companies.  ...read more

As a CEO of a small business, I would like to get notifications on any kind of activity on all new contacts and companies, even if they are not assigned to my account. Right now, I have to manually open up every new contact and click Actions -> Follow, which is very inconvenient. It would be great if there was an option to automatically follow any new contacts added to our CRM, regardless of how the contact was created or who it is assigned to. All of them are not really professional and I would like to track our interactions with them using a review system in order for my team to focus on the best tenants, landlords, and co-brokers. HERE IS THE ISSUE: These two individuals have specific days one will watch the phones and the other will watch incoming website chats. Also, one person might watch Facebook Messenger and the other is watching our Website Chat. JOEY is off every Wednesday and Sunday. Also, he is off every other Saturday. GUY is off every Monday and Sunday. Also, he is off every other Saturday.   HERE IS THE IDEA: Hubspot, please create scheduled access to chats and messages respectfully on specific days and times. Allow our team to be used on an organized schedule rather than having to manually watch over the Chat channels and assign manually.   EXAMPLE: JOEY is given full access to Facebook Messenger as the main person to answer those.  Then on specific days he also assists with Website Chat. Everything scheduled. GUY is not used at all on Facebook but he is given access on specific days for Website Chat. Again, everything scheduled for specific days and times.       ...read more
