Would love to be able to export the full record of Help tickets our account has submitted to HubSpot. My company is trying to justify the need for a dedicated HubSpot admin, and I've been tasked with pulling our help tickets and bucketing them to see volume and types of requests coming through. Also, although the feature to filter by open/close is helpful - would also be nice to be able to pull this type of report for account users as well so we can see and address potential training gaps or regional use cases for additional personnel.
