If you have a list of 800 people you need to send a letter to where recipants will need to respond, it would be nice to send it in increments. That way employees do not get overwhelmed with 800 repsonses at once, but maybe 100 from the 100 emails scheduled weekly.    Otherwise, we have to manually break up a large file, import them separetly, creatly weekly lists, and scheudle separate weekly emails.  ...read more

Every time I go to make a change to logic applied to a main form field, the box closes and I have to re-open it multiple times. This is very frustrating if you have a field option with 16 logic actions. I would like the ability to insert "Internal Meeting Name" into reports.   Right now you can load a variable called "Meeting Name" that is linked to the "Event Title" in meeting creation settings. My issue with this is that we often use the same "Meeting Name" or "Event Title" for various types of meetings. For example, "Meet with [Employee Name]" could be the external meeting name, but we have a Client Meeting, a Consultation Meeting and a Misc. Meeting as internal names.   I would like a report that lists the Internal Meeting Name and the Meeting Date. This way I can see the amount of meetings that were booked using the link, as well as when they were booked and trends over time.   This will also help me identify if users are using the meeting link (i.e. no bookings in the past 6 months). ...read more

Currently, for payment forms, the only option to cancel a user's recurring charge is for the customer to reach out, and a super admin must cancel their charge — this is a relatively complicated process, and customers should be able to cancel their subscription themselves, in real-time.    Implementing a self-serve payment cancellation feature for customers would streamline work on the admin side and prevent issues with delays in cancellation. I am the Systems Admin for our HubSpot account.  When looking at an object view I've noticed that when I save a new view I can't select to share it with a team I'm not on. As the Admin I'd like to be able to create team views without logging in as a user on that team and creating the view.  I manage what views are more useful to the whole team based on what I've created vs what someone else created. I'd like better controls over what views I can assign to differnt teams in the objects and tasks.  Example of what I see when assigning a task view.
