This form entails sending them a document, which they then need to fill out. However, the text within the form is not intuitively designed, making it difficult for users to recognize the clickable link. Upon clicking, they receive another email containing an unsubscribe option, making the initial form submission redundant. Consequently, many individuals mistakenly believe they have been resubscribed after submitting the form, when in fact they have not. This process requires a thorough reevaluation. Thanks.
