Hi team! Currently, company sync will only be based on company domain name and company name. However, a lot of times, the naming might be inconsistent across the data bases (e.g. hubspot vs intercom) As such, it would be great if we can select a different property (e.g. a custom ID property) for sync purposes. I want the ability to send form submissions in a workflow.    We have multiple teams that work in various regions and I need to make sure that the team get sent the leads for the correct regions they manage. So i cannot use the email notification on the forms as this can send irrelevant leads to the wrong teams.    Currently i have a workflow set up that sends an email to the teams and contains the personalisation tokens within the form. However, we have contacts who fill this out multiple times so we can often get old data being sent through to the teams which is confusing.    So if i can instigate workflows based on form submissions, i want to be able to actually send the form submission to my team.  ...read more

Scenario: I'm currently in the Companies section and I have them listed in alphabetical order. Lets say I scroll down and click on a company starting with J. Once I've done what I need to, I then click the Companies button top left of screen. Instead of taking me back to the J's it takes me back to the very top of the list and then I have to scroll all the way back down.    Idea: Would be awesome if when returning to the companies list it want back to where I was, not the very top. ...read more

Problem: Part of my job as a Sales Support is to send weekly updates to the leadership team and our service team about new sales data from the previous week (what the sales and onboarding pipeline looks like, churn data, new clients, etc.) I manually put this email together every week, and while it doesn't take an enormous amount of time, it does seem like it would save so much time and energy throughout the year if I could automate this process. The problem is, that I can't create a template that copies reports into the email. I have the option to send the dashboard, but the email is clunky and doesn't display the full report. Solution Simply add an insert report feature. This would allow Sales Support and other data managers to create great-looking, concise, and easy to understand emails. The current option of emailing dashboards doesn't allow for very much customization or email formatting. Plus it requires the other team members to click into Hubspot instead of quickly digesting the information via email.  As Sales Supports and Data Managers, our job is to help our salespeople delight our clients and leads. When labeling an association, it would be better if the labels in the dropdown stayed in the same order. It would save a little time on each one when you are doing several. Alphabetizing would be a simple approach.   With the way it is now, if I label 3 contacts on the same deal and want to give them all the same 2 association labels, the labels are in different places in the dropdown each time, so a little time is wasted scanning to locate the label's new random location each time. I often go through several contacts on many deals in a row to update the labels designating what permissions they currently have in relation to each deal, so not having the labels be in a random order each time would be good. ...read more
