Picture this:   1. Sales rep A is contacting 50 companies in a month, and making 4 activities for each 2. Sales rep B is contacting only 4 companies, but making 50 activities for each     Both have 200 activities per month, but the Sales rep B is not selling as well as the Sales rep A. You can hopefully see why is it so. We’ve had several needs for this. Whether because people fell out of the workflow unintentionally and we wanted to put them back through easily to pick up where they left off, trying to re-engage with people who didn’t open some of our emails the first time through the flow and wanting to put them back in but skip only the emails in the flow that they already opened, etc. We have enough if/then branches for those who have already taken an action because we don’t ask them to do it again (ie download an eBook or take a free trial). In any type of property, you currently do not have an option to export the different options/values that exist, nor can you mass-update properties that already exist. These two tasks would be EXTREMELY useful for those of us who integrate HubSpot with other systems, and need to make sure properties match in all of our systems. Currently images uploaded via a website form exist in HS but are hard to find. You must go to Marketing > Forms > Client's Form > Submissions tab. This shows all submissions made using the form. Hover over any contact and click the View Submission button. You’ll see the links in the pop-up window. Currently there is no way to use this in a workflow to automatically put these files within the file manager (Marketing > Files and Templates > Files) and organize them in ways other than by contact name. I serve a medium sized organization and could really benefit from being able to share a preview link to any viewer; even if they don't have a HubSpot account. It would be fantastic if there were an option to NOT automatically follow every record (contact, ticket, or deal) that gets assigned to me. I do want to follow some records and for those records, I still want to get email notifications. So I can't simply turn off the email notifications. However, for many records, I do not need a notifications of every call, email, activity, etc that gets logged. ...read more

I'd like to request that zip codes get loaded into the dropdown selection option.  Currently there is no way in hubspot to select a set of zip codes that someone works in.  And when you try to add a custom dropdown field and upload all of the values for zipcodes, the system says it can't accept more than 5000 records in a single dropdown. ...read more
