Great minds think alike

I would absolutely love a "Today's Date" property. This is something I have discussed with many HubSpot users and employees and everyone agrees that it would be incredibly beneficial to all teams within the business.   I find it crazy this isn't available yet! I think the potential uses of this are endless but for myself, our sales team, and marketing teams it would massively help with reporting. Creating custom properties that allow us to monitor the time a contact/company or deal has been at a certain stage, how long since their last website visit, and much more.   It will allow us to create nurture workflows and campaigns for stagnating deals which will ultimately help us generate more revenue.   I think the amount of times people have sought an answer in the community section demonstrates the desire for this property amongst HubSpot users. ...read more

It would be helpful to click into a contact and see why they have a certain hubspot score. For example, if there hubspot score is 65, it would list all the steps or actions that contact made in order to get that score.   I was looking under Property History inside a contact but it never really states why the score is moving up or down, it just says the score changed to a certain value and just states it's a "background task". It would be great if there was a place where it states everything that has caused a contact's score to be what it is. Like for example, Charles clicked an email so his score went up 2 points. Charles opens an email less than 2 days ago so his score went up 2 points, etc. Because looking at the image below, I'm really confused as to what's causing the score to move up and down when no actions are taking place.  ...read more

I think it would be a great idea to have additional options for our Meeting availabilities. Specifically with the Minimum Notice Time...   An option of 2 days / 48 hours instead of the currently available options of 1,3,7 days,etc, would be amazing.    Thanks 🙂  ...read more

I would find it extremely beneficial in maximizing social media reach if there were a tool to automate sharing of posts generated on Hubspot. In explanantion my idea would be that if i have one business account that has bulk posts automated and generated and scheduled, that i would have th option to have other accounts ( owners, employees, partners, other companies connected under one umbrella) automatically share the posts. Lifecycle Events can be synced to Google Ads and Facebook, which is really useful for optimistaion. However, they can not be edited once created. It would be useful to be able to change the associated values for the lifecycle stages to keep in line with product and pricing changes or paid strategy changes. Currently, you have to delete the events and create them again with the new values. This has a big impact on historical reporting (losing useful data), both on Hubspot and on the external platforms.  ...read more

Currently, there is a Company setting of "Sync lifecycles stages (Company to Contact) to Update the lifecycle stage for contacts associated with a company when the company's lifecycle stage changes."   In order to keep the Company updated with the highest LCS of any associated Contact, we have to run a WF, which though works, would be much simpler if it were provided in out-of-the-box settings.  ...read more

When creating a workflow that includes a delayed action based on the number of days, it currently calculates this as 24 hours, therefore it includes weekends.   Could there be an option where this can be set for working days only?  Similar to how if/then branches calculates based on business days? ...read more
