In our company, we have some distribution lists containing all employees, some specific groups of employees, ... With employees leaving or new employees joining our company, these lists are always kept up to date by our IT team. If you are not really following me on this, see it like a specific email address you can mail to which will send the email to the employees in that list. These distribution lists can only be used from the Microsoft O365 server with a company email as authenticator. Now, if we don't want to do double work by also keeping our employee database up to date in hubspot manually, we would like to use these lists to send internal marketing emails. To keep it short: I want to connect to the Microsoft O365 (for us, should also be able to use Gmail for example) SMTP server and login with a company email. All future marketing emails should be sent from this server. The server will recognise the internal user and will be able to send to the distribution lists. I think this could also be relevant in other cases, please share your thoughts below!
