Hello HubSpot team,    I've noticed that we are able to create Ads for posts after they have been published via the Actions dropdown menu.  Just wondering if a future implementation could be to create Ads in the Actions dropdown menu for scheduled posts too - just to boost posts in advance and avoid having to wait until they are published, especially if the post is being scheduled to go live after work hours.      Currently doing this process through Facebook Ads Manager, but hoping to move over to work through this process Hubspot.    https://knowledge.hubspot.com/social/boost-your-facebook-social-posts-in-hubspot   Thanks so much, Kloe ...read more

I would like to suggest adding functionality allowing us to see a sync activity log for any integrations using the data sync/ops hub. We had an issue where some contacts were not syncing to our Zendesk account, and we couldn't tell on our own that some were failing. We had to open a ticket to have support identity that the problem was the phone number format of the Hubspot contact. It would be easier if we could self-diagnose the issues by reviewing an activity log. ...read more

When the account has Ads Accounts set up, it would be nice to have an way to automatically pull the UTM urls from the current campaigns, so we wouldn't have to add them manually, one by one. In companies with a big operation of paid media, it's hard to make it feasiable to add each UTM URL to the tracking URLs pannel.  ...read more

As a content strategist and creator in charge of social media, not having access to a visual planner, specifically for Instagram, is difficult.   A large part of a successful account is visual appeal while targeting the right audiences. Without the ability to easily see my posts within a grid (like a 9 square grid), it's hard to plan for well curated, strategic content.   I can go to each instagram account (my company has 6, so it gets cumbersome) and try and imagine what everything upcoming may look like together, but it isn't easy.   I have used programs before that allowed me to visually plan my upcoming posts. Can this be addressed? The technology exists for a simple drag and drop visual editor, and can't be that difficult - I was using a platform to do this 6 years ago. I would like to the ability to change the Sales Pipeline while using the mobile app. This seems like a simple property that should be included from the Edit or Create a Deal screen. An even better solution would be for the default properties that show when creating or editing a deal on the desktop version, to show up as the default properties in the mobile app as well. ...read more

Our accounting department needs a way to see the individual customers or Deals associated with each 'payout' in HubSpot Payments. Right now, there is a list of what was purchased under that Payout, but no link back to which customers made the purchases so it's a dead-end path to connect to QBO. ...read more

We would love to see what time a chat agent is logging in and out each day and the total amount of time they are spending in chat.  We would like to be able to pull reports on this so that we can incorporate this into the metrics we report out on, reviews and training opportunites.     It would also be really nice to be able to set better algorithms for who gets the next chat in queue.  It seems like we have one person who gets almost every chat and it is not spead evenly.   ...read more

Suddenly Hubspot removed the subjects from the emails on the Conversations page. At first it was only removed from the editable area, but now it's also removed from the top of the email.      The subject is supposed to show at a glance what the email is about. 'hiding' the email subject in a little dropdown therefor makes no sense. Our email subjects contain order numbers, and the words 'confirmed' and 'not confirmed' which allowed us to process the emails efficiently. I really hope that we can get the subjects added back.   You wouldn't hide the subject of a news article on a different page, or the subject of a letter on the back. Why hide the subject for the emails? I simply cannot see how anyone can benefit from the subject being hidden. ...read more

We need a proper "Formula" property type. The current "Computation" property type does not do the job because (1) it's a computation (and not formula) field, (2) its set of functions is way too limited.   What we need is a copy of the Airtable's formula field, it's just amazing and nearly as easy to use as Excel or G-Sheet, see screenshot below and more here.   Because Hubspot is missing this, we can not do the same as in Airtable. In rare cases, a workaround can be done with a combination of computation fields and workflows but (1) it's only doable for a few use cases, (2) it takes ages to build and (3) it's not as reliable as a formula field.   ...read more
