In our company, we have some distribution lists containing all employees, some specific groups of employees, ... With employees leaving or new employees joining our company, these lists are always kept up to date by our IT team.    If you are not really following me on this, see it like a specific email address you can mail to which will send the email to the employees in that list. These distribution lists can only be used from the Microsoft O365 server with a company email as authenticator.   Now, if we don't want to do double work by also keeping our employee database up to date in hubspot manually, we would like to use these lists to send internal marketing emails.   To keep it short: I want to connect to the Microsoft O365 (for us, should also be able to use Gmail for example) SMTP server and login with a company email. All future marketing emails should be sent from this server. Having the ability to add a Meta Title and and Meta Description to each of the Blog Tags I believe is fundamental functionality which is currently missing from the Hubspot system.   We have many clients who use the Tags as categorisation of their blog system and currently all these URLs are sharing the same global meta title and description for the Blogs landing page.     ...read more

Microsoft 365 is a important part of our daily tools and it come out more and more functionallities that we want to use to reduce cost.   One new function that comes out from Microsoft is Microsoft Stream and Microsoft Stream can do exact the same thing as GoToWebinar but with even more nice to have features when we have webinars.   So I want to have a better integration with Microsoft 365 like Teams but also be able to connect a Hubspot registration form with Microsoft Stream Event.  ...read more

Hello HubSpot team,    I've noticed that we are able to create Ads for posts after they have been published via the Actions dropdown menu.  Just wondering if a future implementation could be to create Ads in the Actions dropdown menu for scheduled posts too - just to boost posts in advance and avoid having to wait until they are published, especially if the post is being scheduled to go live after work hours.      Currently doing this process through Facebook Ads Manager, but hoping to move over to work through this process Hubspot.    https://knowledge.hubspot.com/social/boost-your-facebook-social-posts-in-hubspot   Thanks so much, Kloe ...read more

I would like to suggest adding functionality allowing us to see a sync activity log for any integrations using the data sync/ops hub. We had an issue where some contacts were not syncing to our Zendesk account, and we couldn't tell on our own that some were failing. We had to open a ticket to have support identity that the problem was the phone number format of the Hubspot contact. It would be easier if we could self-diagnose the issues by reviewing an activity log. ...read more

As a content strategist and creator in charge of social media, not having access to a visual planner, specifically for Instagram, is difficult.   A large part of a successful account is visual appeal while targeting the right audiences. Without the ability to easily see my posts within a grid (like a 9 square grid), it's hard to plan for well curated, strategic content.   I can go to each instagram account (my company has 6, so it gets cumbersome) and try and imagine what everything upcoming may look like together, but it isn't easy.   I have used programs before that allowed me to visually plan my upcoming posts. Can this be addressed? The technology exists for a simple drag and drop visual editor, and can't be that difficult - I was using a platform to do this 6 years ago. When the account has Ads Accounts set up, it would be nice to have an way to automatically pull the UTM urls from the current campaigns, so we wouldn't have to add them manually, one by one.
