I'm requesting better UI functionality and more logical user paths for accessing the email template library, template creation + template manegment which would benefit large organizations where mulitple users are creating branded emails. HubSpot's path to email templates is opposite from every other email app on the market (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.). Instead of allowing users the option to START from a bank or library of email templates (most helpful for multiple users trying to keep content on brand) a user's ONLY PATH is "Create New" email. Maybe I'm not ready to create new, but as a Manager of a Markleting team, I want to see what options are available or share an option with a team member to assign them the task of creating a new email. Create New, also unexepectdley does not even lead to ALL template options — the landing page is set to land on a tab for 'Custom' templates vs 'Drag & Drop' - (which is very subtle, confusing, and took me forever to notice visually.) Why are ALL templates not drag and drop anyway? A "Custom" template still must be further re-customized by the user to create a brand new email. Hub, can we simplify this and make the UI more visibly noticeable if you cannot combine custom + drag&drop? And can we offer users an alternate path of starting from a bank of templates (add a button?) instead of create new? And why are the ONLY buttons for "Manage Email Templates" and "Create New Template" ONLY on the Drag & Drop tab? These features are burried and not the workflow I would expect as a content manager. I'd like to be able to access content management at any time from the main email page. Can we better design the UI to all the user to get what they need faster? Thank you
