This feature would allow for a new option to the round-robin meeting functionality that would allow the meetings to be distributed equally over a certain time frame (weekly, monthly, etc.) to the eligible round robin group instead of a completely random distribution. A random distribution makes it mathematically possible for uneven distribution of meetings, which is unfair if you're using the round robin function to distribute meetings Sales reps need to attain their monthly quota. For my business, we use the round-robin meeting rotation to schedule incoming website demo requests of our software. Naturally, our sales team would like Hubspot to distribute the demo requests evenly pending availability of their calendars.
Here is an example of my desired functionality with the caveat that all reps are available during the requested meeting times:
Demo Request 1 - Random distribution between Rep A, B, C -- Rep A wins demo.
Demo Request 2 - Random distribution between Rep B, C -- Rep B wins demo (Rep A excluded due to 1 demo request won already this week).
Demo Request 3 - Rep C Automatically wins (Due to Rep A and B being excluded due to already winning 1 demo request each)
Demo Request 4 - Random distribution between Rep A, B, C. Rep B wins demo.
