Can we have Arabic language support for Hubspot? I can deal with employees who speak nothing but Arabic and still use Hubspot, and It wouldn't be much of a problem if some of the features Hubspot provides would allow customization like NPS survey questions or Hubspot email reminders for meetings, to name a few, at least I can then rewrite everything in Arabic. However, these aren't possible to change, and we're stuck with the languages Hubspot supports, and most of our clients only speak Arabic. It makes no sense to send an NPS survey to someone who can't read what it says for example! So can we at least have some Arabic support in the pipeline?

Hello, We would like to have an option in the workflows to use the owners email alias on the workflows when sending personalized emails. Users have the possibility to have an email alias, but it's not selectable when sending emails through workflows... The idea is to have the possible to add an email alias choice. Thank you!

Hi, Our support team utilizes hubspot to respond to our clients to assist with issues and questions they have. Some emails the team receives arent always needing support/spam. We are trying to utilize the CES surveys to understand how well our support is so we can drive changes in the future. It would be nice to be able to edit the CES survey to restrict sending a survey after a ticket is closed when it has a specifical property value set, i.e. "no_survey" or something along those lines so we can skip surveying individuals we dont want to. Thank you.

Each time you go into a contact or deal record you have to click "thread emails" at the top in order to get a sensible thread of emails (rather than a line item for each reply). This preference is not remembered in any way and you have to do it each time Given that most people are used to using threads and that this feature was implemented relatively recently it doesnt make sense that there is no way to set your default as to how you want to use it and you have to select this every time

It would be great to run reports comparing the success of different workflows or emails. Right now you have to pull up each one individually and "manually" compare.

Hi, just want to provide some feedback on the latest update. The "Hide Sidebar" button for the right-hand menu is positioned right on top of the scroll bar for the Overview and Activity Feed. This is horrible placement - you cannot scroll smoothly with a button placed right on top. I would suggest moving the button over slightly.

Within the "Automation" tab and within "Sequences", I am looking for away to directly display the email in the sequence without having to click on Actions and then click on edit email.

Looking at landing pages and landing page reports shows new contacts and new customers. While new contacts information is helpful to have, new customers really helps us understand which landing pages drive the ultimate outcome we desire - new customer, closed deals, conversions, etc. Currently, "new contacts" is a property that can be reported on with landing page data or independently through the reports features. However, "new customers" is not a property that can be reported on independently. I propose adding "new customers" as an independent property so it can be reported on separately and specifically in relation to the landing pages and forms that drive those new customers.

The new WhatsApp functionality is a great tool except it is almost impossible to utilize completely. Due to the nature of communication opt-in and the strict rules around HubSpot, the way the functionality exist requires individuals to manually 1by1 opt in each individual. If there is a way to import WhatsApp Communication subscrptions that have been previously collected on other platforms OR update WhatsApp communication subscriptions through a native HubSpot form, that would be very helpful. Ideally both would be utilized, but at least one of them would be an effective strategy to help manage this. This is a feature that will help those who work with international customer populations as it enables teams to more efficiently reach them on commonly preferred platforms. This reduces the amount of manual work, as well as reduces the time and money spent on alternative solutions when many individuals would prefer to keep all communication centralized in HubSpot whenever possible.
