I am not sure if this has been brought up ever, but I am getting a lot of complaints from sales reps saying that finding a part number when adding a line item is extremely difficult with a large product library like ours. It seems that when you search for the SKU when adding a line item, the search results only show the item name with no clear indication of what SKU that item name is paired with.    My suggestion is that the SKU should be the main text from the search results and the item name would be in grey text underneath so that the rep can tell which product is which. Does this sound like something that could be achieved? In the product library you are able to search much more extensively so I am curious as to why the same functionality does not apply to line item search. ...read more

It would be great if we could filter the recycling bin like we could the object index page. There are cases where we need to restore records based off of certain properties. Currently, we can only restore contacts individually or in bulk with no additional filtering.  ...read more

It would be so nice if HubSpot had a queue for when a workflow was run too many times at once. It could automatically throttle it and display a progress bar with stats. It could let us know when they have stopped running and the current rate of running. ...read more

The input fields on the contact form should work as well as the input fields on the workflow side of things.  On workflows for my trigger if I have a contact property field of Postal Code selected. Use the any of option, and paste in a list of postal codes seperated by semicolon it automatically seperates them into individual entries which is great.  However on the contact side it doesn't seperate them.  See the two screenshots below:  Workflows Contacts:   The functionality also works in List Creation as shown below, but we don't always want to create a list, but we want to quickly filter by a subset of zip codes. We have a need to require that deals do not enter certain stages without being in others.    ie. A deal needs to be in the Demo stage before it can be moved to closed-lost.    the skipping stage rules don't fully accomplish this for us ...read more

We use custom project numbering for all Deals when they become projects (meaning we have a signed quote and are moving forward with the project). The project numbers become a part of the Deal Title and the Ticket Title (where our engineers manage their work). However, we need to also be able to use the project number with our invoices, but there is no way to use the current settings to create the correct invoice number from our standpoint. For instance, the project title "240101 Smith 123 Main St NY NY" is used in our cloud archives, our Deal Title and the Ticket Title (as well as any documentation that we generate for the project). We would like the invoice to also have the number 240101. If we have multiple invoices for the same project, then the numbers would be 240101-1, 240101-2. Multiple invoices are finalized at different times based on the completion of deliverables, so the current sequential numbering system doesn't work for us, as we can begin other projects before finalizing the next invoice for 240101 (using our example number). Being able to simply enter an invoice number at the time of finalizing an invoice would solve the problem for us. ...read more
