In HubSpot, when testing campaign assets, the data from these tests is recorded in the campaign performance metrics. However, if you delete the contacts associated with your tests, the campaign performance metrics remain unchanged, which can skew the overall performance data.
The only way to truly reset a campaign's performance is by cloning the campaign and starting anew, which is not always practical.
We would like the ability to delete test leads from the system and completely remove their metrics from the campaign performance. Testing is crucial for creating an effective campaign, and the inability to eliminate these skewed metrics results in a negative experience.
