I would like to request that HubSpot add a dedicated Likert Scale question type to its forms and surveys. A Likert Scale, often used for gauging opinions, satisfaction, and agreement, typically presents respondents with a range of options like: Strongly Disagree Disagree Neither Agree Nor Disagree Agree Strongly Agree This question type is invaluable for collecting feedback across a broad spectrum of user experiences, and it would be a powerful addition for HubSpot users who need more flexible, granular rating systems—whether for customer satisfaction surveys, employee feedback, or product evaluations. While a dropdown or radio question type can be used as a workaround, it creates a suboptimal user experience (UX), as it’s not intuitive or visually clear for survey respondents. This leads to confusion and less accurate feedback. By adding this feature, HubSpot would significantly enhance its survey and form capabilities, aligning with industry-standard best practices and making it easier for users to collect structured, actionable feedback. If you agree, please upvote this request! Let’s make it easier to gather insights in HubSpot!
