Il serait très utile de pouvoir sélectionner une vue de tickets dans le Help Desk (ou Tickets) et d’envoyer un email groupé à tous les contacts associés à ces tickets, directement depuis HubSpot, sans avoir à passer par l’outil email marketing ou à traiter chaque ticket individuellement. Cas d’usage : Dans notre équipe support, nous avons souvent besoin d’informer une sélection de clients concernés par des tickets similaires (pannes, maintenance, informations de masse…). Aujourd’hui, il faut soit envoyer les emails un par un, soit exporter les contacts pour ensuite créer une liste ou un segment côté Marketing. Ce processus est long et source d’erreurs. Bénéfices attendus : Gain de temps significatif pour les équipes support ; Garantie de cohérence dans la communication ; Moins de manipulations (et donc moins d’erreurs) ; Amélioration de l’expérience client grâce à une information réactive sur leurs tickets en cours. Hallo, man kann Berichte mit Einzelobjekten im Unternehmen darstellen. Soweit ok, wenn man allerdings eine Tabellenansicht hat, werden nur die ersten fünf Datensätze angezeigt. Man kann dann nur duch die einzelnen "Seiten" blättern, die Tabelle aber nicht vergrößern. Es wäre toll, wenn man die Tabelle z.B. über einen Link in einem separaten Fenster öffnen kann oder zumindest einstellen kann, dass mehr Datensätze angezeigt werden.  ...read more

Hello,   I’d like to know if it would be possible to add the “Meeting” feature (as opposed to “Log a meeting”) to the HubSpot iOS app.   At the moment, this option is only available on the web version, which is not convenient for my sales team who mainly work in the field and use the mobile app.   This feature is particularly important for us because I have created custom forms linked to meetings, which my sales reps fill out after each appointment to submit a structured meeting report.   Could you please let me know if this feature is planned on your roadmap, or if it might be considered for future integration on the iOS app?   Thank you very much for your help, ...read more

I have a report that shows a count of Contacts who exited the SQL stage by month for the year. It's November now and even though I have the report set to show dates from 1/1/25 to 12/31/25, the report only shows the months April - November on the X-axis because no contacts exited the SQL stage in Q1. Rather than start the chart at April, I would like to show Jan-Mar on the x-axis with a "0" at each point. There doesn't seem to be any way to manually adjust the x-axis. ...read more

Idea: This idea is for teams using the HubSpot Sales Outlook Add-in who want to simplify the process of adding additional associations when logging emails.   Right now, the associations panel displays every available object type, including objects that a company may never use for email logging. For example, some accounts see objects like Carts or Campaigns, even though these will never be associated with logged emails. This results in an unnecessarily long scroll list that makes it harder for users to quickly find the objects they actually need.   I propose adding an option for admins to disable specific object types from appearing in the associations list in the Outlook add-in. This would go beyond customizing the default associations for email recipients and would specifically allow certain object types to be hidden entirely.   Example: Current situation: A user opens the associations panel The list includes many unused object types (for example Carts or Campaigns) The user has to scroll through a long list to find the relevant objects Suggested improvement: Admin disables unused object types in the settings Users only see relevant objects in the associations list The list becomes shorter, cleaner and easier to work with This would reduce friction for users, improve logging efficiency and allow admins to tailor the add-in experience to their organization’s actual needs. ...read more

Idea: This idea is for users of the HubSpot Sales Outlook Add-in who often need to add additional associations when logging emails. These are associations that go beyond the automatic links to the email recipients, such as linking the email to other companies, deals or projects.   At the moment, when you want to add these extra associations, you first have to choose the object type and then search within that specific category. This slows down the process and requires several unnecessary steps, especially for users who work with multiple record types. I propose adding a unified search field in the associations panel. Users should be able to type the record name directly, and HubSpot should display matching results across all object types. This would make it much faster and easier to link an email to the right records.   Example: Current workflow: Open the associations menu Select the object type, for example Companies Search for the company Repeat the process for deals or any other record type Suggested workflow: Type the record name once Select the correct match, regardless of whether it is a contact, company, deal or any other record This improvement would streamline the process of adding additional associations and provide a more efficient experience for Outlook Add-in users. ...read more

The One-Click Unsubscribe-function poses a problem. If a contact assosciated with several subscribtion types, the One-Click Unsubscribe only unsubscribes the corrosponding email-subscription, from which the clicked through.  There's no way to receive a report or any warning of this, so that an automated process to unsubscribe all subscription types can be set up.  The One-Click Unsubscription Explanation is called RFC 8058, and there should be a property or something under Subscriptions History so that a warning system could be automated.  ...read more

In our case, we wanted to automatically assign a specific tag to incoming emails — but only when the email was sent from a particular domain. However, HubSpot always associates the message with the contact’s primary email address, even if the email was actually sent from a different address listed on the contact record. Because of that, we can’t reliably use the contact’s domain for tagging when the sender uses multiple email addresses. It would be extremely helpful if HubSpot allowed tagging, filtering, or automation based on the actual sender’s email address or domain used in a given email, not just the contact’s primary email address. I'm trying to identify Deals that are missing an associated Company. I can filter on it in the Deals view. Deal Tags can be added for Number of associated contacts, but not for companies.     ...read more
