Hello, When I export a dashboard (send it via email) to forward it to someone external from Hubspot, a report that has multiple pages will only export as a screenshot of the first page. It would be awesome if we can find a way to fix this so we can view all pages of this particular report in the dashboard, externally.

I want to be able to track the conversion rate for all form I'll be sending in a Marketing campaign (book a demo, sign-up, webinar subscription) maybe using one UTM link and have this number without the hustle to calculate each form's subscription that came from my emailings campaign. How should I do that? Thanks

Set up a workflow to limit the number of emails to a specific domain over time. I want a maximum of 3 marketing emails sent to a particular domain daily.

My company provides consulting services for government contractors and we typically have a bill rate of $XX every 1/6 hour (10 minutes). That means that most of our quantities end up having increments of 0.1667 or 0.3333 or 0.5000 or 0.6667 or 0.8333 (10, 20, 30, 40, 50 minutes respectively). So, as an instance, if we provide 5 hours and 40 minues of consulting services to a client say at $500/hr. The formula is simple enough being $500 x 5.6667 = $2,833.35. However, right now, Hub Payments does not allow for "fractional quataties" and instead of putting the 5.6667 in the quantity, you have to put the hourly rate in the quantity line and then round to the nearest 2 decimal and put the "hours" in the product rate line. This seems like a fairly straight forward and a simple addition to Hub Payments to allow for fractional quantities. Other examples of industries that would likely use fractional quantities could be construction, lawn services, other consulting services. I would be happy to help test and brainstorm this idea further to improve HubSpot altogether.

Hi there, I'm posting this idea on behalf of a customer. At the time in order to add a table to a marketing email, you can only add a screenshot of the table as an image module or create an HTML custom table module to achieve this. These options are not optimal solutions since email clients such as outlook compress the images and creating an HTML module can be challenging for users without a developer or design knowledge.

My understanding is that HubSpot allows scheduling of Instagram posts with carousel images, but not for LinkedIn. It would be most helpful if LinkedIn could have same carousle scheduling capabilities as Instagram. Thanks.

One of the things we use the most in Hub is Form Submissions. Sifting through all the submission in the form section or going through the contact card to find the form we are looking for is tedious. And as I recently learned, yes we can filter it but in the interest of simplicity, there should be a form tab at the top of the contact page where it says "Activities, Notes, etc."

Recently as our company has grown through additional service lines. We've encountered duplication of records (companies and contacts) where we need to merge records to clean up our instance. In doing so, I discovered that even by selecting the primary record, certain fields may be overwritten/changed by the secondary record if more recent activity has taken place on certain unprotected properties. Some of the primary info is retained, other are activity prioritized. The issue is some of the fields like the Owner is not retained on the primary, etc if a more recent activitity on the secondary has taken place. Support's answer is to review the secondary for fields and change/update prior to merging. This is both inefficient and time consuming. My idea / suggestion is the system should default to the Primary record selected since you're merging the secondary's properties into the Primary. I would think also, the information on the secondary record would only update properties which are not populated on the primary if applicable, along with the activities. The User should know which record should be kept whole, thus any merges should just "merge" the other record's activities and properties.
