I have permission sets created and want some of my users not to see the files menu. Currently they have a restricted permission set that only allows them to create a meeting link and see their contact records. But even with everything else switched off they can see the files menu and whilst they cannot upload or delete the files, they can download them. This is bad news for us as we use forms to capture new associates CV's and they are put in files by HubSpot forms. How can we turn off this view please? ...read more

When an integration updates a ticket (for example), it posts an activity of:   Ticket moved from New to Waiting on contact by Integration   It would be great to have the name of the integration there for more visibility/calrity to users. Yes you can see it in the activity details view, but having it on the main feed will save users a click. It would also provide a good bit of branding for integration partners. Hi team! I'm submitting this in my user's name,  They're not able to search for Contacts on the HubSpot app using filters. It would be really important to have additional filters to search for people. For example, they run into a guy named Mike at a festival. they can’t remember a lot about Mike but they have all the notes in his contact and Hubspot. So they search for the word Mike, and they only found Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Tasks, and a whole list of people with the first name Mike (see the screenshot attached). None of which are the mike they're looking for. So, by adding an additional filter, some other information that they remember, for example, “source” then they can put “Dance,” then only the person named Mike from the source dance would appear. Then they can click on that and navigate to Mike's record. Then, when they finish that conversation with Mike, They can add additional notes to the contact. This is a really really important feature. It would be super helpful to be able to give a date dropdown on forms of specific dates that you set. If I have webinars at specific dates and times and I want them to choose from the following I have to manually put those dates in a dropdown. However, since this is a dropdown, even past dates will continue to show up. It would be useful to have an option to not show past dates to eliminate confusion when registering. There is a calendar property option however this allows users to pick any date they want (no limiting options).
