How cool would it be to sort modules by folder in the content builder? For example, in Design Manager I'll create an folder within the "modules" directory in my theme called "New Update 2022" and add a bunch of modules inside of it. So if I now open the Content Editor, I have modules listed under "New Update 2022".   Instead of it being lumped out with other theme modules its  categorized as per the folders in the "modules" folder in the theme. We have a usecase here where we are looking to delay until weekdays for select actions, but not other actions in a workflow. Example, contact enrolled Sunday and we'd like it to wait until Monday morning to enroll the contact. By default this results in a contact being moved to the same time of day (11pm on Sunday rescheduled for 11pm Monday), as opposed to just the start of business on Monday, which is problematic in our case because it means some people really aren't meeting criteria until Tuesday, due to late Sunday initial enrollment.   We can set Delay until Monday at 7am, which alleviates the weekend scheduling, but then that creates a seconday issue, because contacts enrolled on Monday at 7:01 or beyond now need to delay until the next day instead of passing through the action like they would if it was just defined as a day, instead of a day and time. ...read more

Desired Capability: Pull up a report (or maybe create a list) of contacts where there were no tracking cookies or the cookies were blocked on their end.   Goal: Most of the configurations in the portal are heavily dependent on behavioral events and page views, which also rely on tracking cookies. Essentially you need to provide 2 video files, one for chrome and firefox, edge etc encoded as a VP9 .webm video and the other as a H265 encoded .mov or .mp4 file for safari. Currently hubspots filemanager converts all h265 (hevc) encoded videos to h264 (mpeg-4 AVC) meaning the transparency is lost. Initially and most important: We need at least to allow the files to be stored in the file manager, so we can build this solution our selves. Surely this should be relatively straightforward just to add H265 videos as an exception to the automatic conversion process. (H265 videos are usually more highly compressed so it would save space at the same time too) In the future: It would be great if alpha transparency support was built into hubspot, hubspot seems to like converting content (e.g. images to webp) so could theoretically build in the automatic process to provide both files for the particular browsers. ...read more

Hi team, when importing knowledge bases or landing pages, the URLs sometimes are linked to the same server which they wish to move away from. As such, they would then have to tweak the URLs manually, which defeats the purpose of an import tool. It would be nice to have an option built in, that helps customers in cases like this.
