Today users have the ability to request seats (such as sales hub) from Hubspot UI if they don't have one assigned to them. This cannot be disabled by admins, which causes logistical issues for admins and confusion for users.

Currently we're only able to edit notification presets for new users, but the same functionality is missing when there needs to be changes made for existing users. For instance: There are users who move in and out of the company and in the event that larger numbers of records need to be assigned to existing users, it'll be handy to be able to disable those assignment notifications, at least temporarily so that our users are not bombarded with notifications. We need count of calls on our deal records. It's unfortunate that this will not work on a company level because a lot of times we call on the company phone number. It's unfortunate that you need some kind of call extension application for this to work as well. We want to be able to see the average count of calls for deals, which is just getting the count of activities / count of deals filtered to activity type 'call'. It's frustrating that this simple calculation is not possible at all innately.

We don't have a standard price for the services we sell so we need the Reps to enter this each time. On the Create Deal form, they can select the line items but can't set the price. It isn't a great flow to then save the deal and edit the deal to set the price. Also, it isn't clear to the Reps that by selecting the lines (which have a list price of $0) will reset the Deal Amount to $0 from what they entered.

Regarding the Product Update to the workflow tool on June 12. When the feature 'Workflows Custom Views and Subfolders' was launched, the 'Objects on Hold' column was removed from the UI. This option should be added back to the view, as it makes finding contacts on hold in a workflow easy to identify at a glance.

If you still send PDF quotes to customers or have done so in the past, this is for you! You can create a dropdown menu next to a PDF that was originally sent directly to a customer. This will give you the option to upload it as a document for tracking purposes and add it as a deal for tracking sales opportunities. You can then build a custom workflow that will allow you to resend a customer quote. I hope this helps! Best regards, Nick

I want to create different score properties for different interest categories and then check which category a contact is more interested in, i.e. has a higher score. I would like to do this in a workflow and then perform an action for the interest category with the highest score. It would be great if this could be done. Kind regards Melanie

I want to export the insights on the data quality insights as I'm currently working on a data hygiene project to improve our overall data quality in HubSpot. At the moment you can export historical values for properties in the settings area. However, this export does not have the Fill Rate %age of each property, which on the other hand can be found in the Data Quality page. I'm exporting all this stuff to basically prove a point to management on what needs to be deleted and what can be kept in terms of useful data. It would take longer to guide them through the Data Quality page as they do not use HubSpot as much as I do. At the end, all I would need is the Fill rate %age to appear in the export of the properties' historical values, do you think it's possible to have this additional info at some point in the future?
