Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? -this feature would be the Experience department and data management team What is the goal? -the goal of this feature is to highlight and showcase what prompts chat users are selecting the most often. Similar to most websites allow you to track where users click on the webpage, the intention here would be to help shine the light on what chat prompts are most used vs least used in order to continue to iterate and tailor the chat to potentially see any holes or areas that are not actually needed What value will this add? -the value added here will be in providing an extra layer of data insight that currently we cannot see. by not having it currently available, we are unable to tell what parts of the chat prompts our users love the most vs what areas are maybe pointless to have since they are not used at all. By having this, we can better determine where users may feel like they get stuck in the prompt flow as well as what we should consider doing more of Are there examples of other places or products who have this feature? -think of most webpages that have click funnels, shopify, amazon, etc - they have the granularity and ability to see where users are clicking, how far in the funnel or in this case chat prompt flow users make it so they can better identify where users are most commonly looking and interacting with
